LIVE EVENT PAINT

‘Impressionistic with highlighted main personages’

Your wedding / company party / birthday or family celebration / reception / dinner / reunion / anniversary / retirement function / graduation ceremony or other event painted on location as an impression of the setting in 3-4 hours, with acrylic on cotton or linen. The main persons are accentuated as the painting progresses. The ‘LIVE’ character of this type of painting allows less time for meticulous detailing. With acrylic the painting can be handed over directly, unvarnished, because the paint dries quickly. The standard and most popular format is 80x100cm, but all sizes possible.

The painting is finished in the studio with a further 8 hours detailing, completed within 2 months. Any transport or postage costs are extra.

LIVE EVENT PAINT ++

‘Impressionistic with main personages extensively detailed

The painting is finished in the studio with a further 32-60 hours detailing, completed within 3 monthss. Any transport or postage costs are extra.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

Return journey within the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands).
Return journey Wadden Islands and outside the Netherlands, plus all additional travel / hotel / consumption expenses and negotiable retainer fee. Please contact me for details.

Depending the total duration of the trip abroad, in good consultation a factor in between x125% and x250% will be charged.

Prices excl. 9%Tax/BTW over painting & travelexpenses, presumably as EU-countries put on zero.

PLAN AHEAD

Please make the following arrangements well in advance:

• Make sure the staff at your location are aware of the Live Event Paint, and that they are prepared. It has happened before that I have arrived without prior warning and have been allotted a very unsuitable place to work. I always bring a sheet as floor protection.
• Adequate workspace of 2-3m² in precisely the desired position
• Easy access to an electricity outlet, especially if the lighting is not adequate for painting or for outdoors at night.

STUDIO-COMMISSIONS/AFTERPAINTS

Individual or group portraits, street scenes, cityscapes, cafés, gardens, landscapes: commissions on location or in the studio are welcome. I also work from photographs, called “Afterpaints’, from 1 photo:  when size 80x100cm: LEP €1000/ LEP+ €1600. Contact me for information or to ask for a quote.
